Publication Etchics
BIOHEALTH Journal: Biomedical and Environmental Health Technology upholds the principles of scientific publication ethics as a basis for maintaining academic integrity. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers, are expected to follow these ethical guidelines, which refer to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards.
Authors are responsible for conveying research results honestly, initially, and plagiarism-free. Manuscripts submitted must be original works that have not been published before and are not under evaluation in other journals. Authors must list all individuals who have contributed significantly to the article's content as authors and declare if there is a conflict of interest openly.
Editors are responsible for ensuring that the publication process runs fairly and objectively, assessing manuscripts based on scientific substance without looking at the author's personal or institutional background. Editors are also obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript's contents during the review process and are prohibited from using this information for personal gain.
Reviewers play a role in assisting editors in scientifically assessing the quality of manuscripts and providing objective, constructive, and timely feedback. Reviewers must also maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts reviewed and avoid conflicts of interest during the assessment process.
Any ethical violation, including plagiarism, data manipulation, and duplicate publication, will be reported seriously. If a violation is found after the article is published, the editors have the right to retract the article according to the procedure. This journal is committed to maintaining transparency, integrity, and quality in every scientific publication process.
