Abstract

Based on 2018 Basic Health Research data, it is known that the prevalence of teenagers with normal nutritional status as seen from BMI/U is 78.3% nationally, while in the DKI Jakarta area the prevalence is 70%, so the rest have under- or over-nutrition status.  The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between Physical Activity, Emotional Eating, and Stress Levels with the Nutritional Status of Midwifery Study Program Students at UIMA Jakarta in 2023.  The research method used in this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional analytical survey approach. The total population is 48 students. The sample in this study was taken based on purposive sampling. so that a minimum sample size of 21 students is obtained. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between physical activity and emotional eating of students and Body Mass Index (p value < 005), while the stress level variable has no relationship with Body Mass Index (p value > 0.05). There is a relationship between physical activity, emotional eating and students' nutritional status, but there is no relationship between stress levels and students' nutritional status. Based on this, the researcher suggests to study program managers to evaluate student assignments and lecture activities, this is to prevent unstable food consumption, as a result of high levels of activity and activity, apart from that, emotional management needs to be carried out related to the effectiveness of the counseling clinic. There is.
