KOLABORASI PERAWAT DAN ORANGTUA DALAM PERAWATAN ANAK DENGAN KANKER: SCOPING REVIEW LITERATUR TERKINI

Abstrak

Kolaborasi antara perawat dan orangtua merupakan inti perawatan anak dengan kanker karena orangtua terlibat langsung dalam pemantauan gejala, perawatan di rumah, pengambilan keputusan, dan dukungan emosional anak sepanjang perjalanan penyakit. Namun, bukti terbaru tentang bentuk kolaborasi tersebut masih terbatas pada komunikasi, perawatan berfokus keluarga, dukungan psikososial, dan pelayanan paliatif. Scoping review ini bertujuan menelaah kolaborasi perawat–orangtua dalam perawatan anak dengan kanker melalui penelitian. Scoping review disusun mengikuti pedoman PRISMA-ScR. Penelusuran dilakukan pada Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, CINAHL, dan PsycINFO untuk artikel terbit Januari 2021–Mei 2026. Dari 959 artikel yang ditemukan, 221 duplikasi dihapus, 738 judul dan abstrak disaring, 78 artikel ditelaah teks lengkap, dan 24 studi sesuai kriteria. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan empat ranah utama kolaborasi, yaitu membangun hubungan  dengan kepercayaan, kehadiran, dan empati; melakukan komunikasi dan kesepakatan bersama; meningkatkan keterampilan orangtua dan adaptasi orangtua. Kolaborasi yang baik tampak ketika perawat memadukan kehadiran emosional, komunikasi yang jelas, dan sistem layanan yang memberi kesempatan pada orangtua berpartisipasi merawat anak. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam pengembangan pelatihan kolaborasi perawat dengan orangtua dalam perawatan anak dengan kanker.
