SCOPING REVIEW : MANFAAT KEIKUTSERTAAN SUAMI DALAM KELAS ANTE NATAL CARE SELAMA MASA KEHAMILAN DAN PERSALINAN IBU.

Kelas Antenatal Care selama ini sasarannya ibu hamil saja, tanpa keikutsertaan suami maupun keluarga. Faktor penghambat diantaranya, pengetahuan, sikap, pekerjaan, dukungan suami mendampingi ibu hamil saat kegiatan dilaksanakan. Penelitian keterlibatan pria dalam kelas ANC masih sedikit, dimana periode kehamilan merupakan fase perubahan peran suami sebagai calon ayah menjadi orang tua. Jenis penelitian merupakan systematic review dengan metode yang digunakan adalah PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews). Data diakses dari berbagai sumber database seperti; Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, Sage Pub, Cochrane. Literatur dikaji tahun 2020 hingga 2024 yang merupakan riset asli penelitian eksperimental dengan desain; randomized controlled trial, quasy experiment, dan pra experiment. Artikel penelitian yang sesuai sejumlah 9 artikel. Subjek penelitian adalah ibu hamil dan suami/pasangan. Hasil adalah partisipasi pada kelas ibu hamil yang dihadiri suami dapat meningkatkan kualitas partnership antenatal ayah dan kelekatan bonding ayah dengan calon bayinya, menurunkan stres, kecemasan ibu-ayah menjalani peran baru merawat bayi saat masa nifas, meningkatkan kesempatan ibu bersalin normal pervaginam, memberikan kepuasan pasangan merencanakan proses kelahiran bayi mereka, outcome persalinan minim komplikasi 2,5 kali lebih baik dibandingkan yang tidak mengikuit kelas, trauma persalinan berkurang, minim gangguan emosi, mental. Meningkatkan persiapan persalinan, menurunkan trauma pascapersalinan dan stres postpartum. Kegiatan kelas ibu hamil didampingi suami diberikan materi yang sesuai kebutuhan kehamilan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dan suami dan meningkatkan frekwensi kontrol kehamilan ke tenaga Kesehatan. Kesimpulan adalah kelas kehamilan yang dihadiri oleh bersama suami wadah yang baik memningkatkan peranserta suami sebagai calon ayah merawat, menjaga kehamilan dan kelahiran bayi sehat dan berkualitas
