The results of the study showed that the breathing pattern of PPOK patients at Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Hospital before being given Pursed Lips Breathing had a pretest mean of 7.14. Breathing Patterns of PPOK Patients at Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Hospital after being given Pursed Lips Breathing mean posttest 10.55. There is an influence of Pursed Lips Breathing on the Breathing Patterns of PPOK Patients at Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Hospital, there is also an average pretest and posttest breathing pattern of 3.4 with the lowest confidence index - 5.824 and the highest -4.425.
