A Quarter-Life Crisis (QLC) is a psychological condition often experienced by young adults and characterised by confusion, anxiety and uncertainty about the future. Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) plays a key role in helping students make career decisions and navigate the transition into the world of work. This study aims to analyse the relationship between CDMSE and QLC among Generation Z nursing students at Awal Bros University. The study employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 177 students were selected using total sampling. Data were collected using the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDMSE) and the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale (QLCS). Analysis was conducted using Pearson’s correlation test. The results showed a mean CDMSE score of 94.11±17.32 and a mean QLC score of 68.22±18.61. The highest-scoring domain of the CDMSE was ‘Occupational Information’, whilst the highest-scoring domain of the QLC was ‘Worried About Interpersonal Relationships’. The results of the Pearson test indicated a significant relationship between the CDMSE and the QLC (r=0.370; p<0.001). It was concluded that Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy is significantly associated with Quarter-Life Crisis among Generation Z nursing students. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening career development services and psychological support within nursing education.
