PERIOPERATIF ANESTESI PADA NEFROLITOTOMI DENGAN ASD DAN HIPERTENSI PULMONAL

Nephrolithotomy is a surgical procedure to treat large kidney stones, especially in patients with comorbidities such as atrial septal defect (ASD) and pulmonary hypertension. The purpose of this study was to obtain information or a real picture of the implementation of a case study of patients with nephrolithiasis, ASD low left to right shunt, and pulmonary hypertension who underwent nephrolithotomy with epidural anesthesia with a combination of 2% lidocaine and 0.5% levobupivacaine. Type of Research Descriptive case study. The population in the case study of ASD patients with an approach consisting of assessment, determination of diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Case study results The patient showed good hemodynamic stability during the procedure and postoperative phase with close supervision. The use of a combination of these two anesthetics provides effective sensory block and optimal pain control without severe complications.
